Auryn is a Hoppy Pale Ale that falls in that ABV range not covered by standard IPAs or their session versions.
The amber color, slight caramel malt flavour supported by an assertive bitterness and the citrusy and piney hop profile, are reminiscent of the most classic versions of American Pale Ales that made us fall in love with beer in the first place.
Auryn will most likely become a fairly stable presence in our portfolio, being the perfect balance between flavour satisfaction and ease of drink. Goes great either on a warm, summer day, or one of those evenings when you really just need your hop fix after a hard day.
