Hazy DDH Pale Ale dry-hopped with Strata & Idaho 7
44cl, 5.5% ABV
Dahlia is a pale ale that falls in the category of the New England style, juicy, hazy, crazy bonanza banana hammock beers.
It is brewed for all those people that love to have those fruity hops flavours and aromas filling up their glasses. Strata and Idaho#7 are the varieties that build the profile of the beer, bringing notes of tropical, citrus and stone fruits. The English strain of yeast used for the fermentation contributes to the fruitiness thanks to the peachy esters produced. A soft and moderated bitterness makes the beer approachable by anybody.
Dahlia was made to fill the gap in ABV between our hazy IPAs and their session versions: alcohol has a flavour on its own, together with being good at enhancing certain aromatic notes in a beer and contributing to the perception of body. So here comes one that maybe has a bit more to say than a session IPA, but won’t send you home too early from your favourite bar.
