The talented brewers of the Finnish brewery TUJU visited Copenhagen back in May, and we were thrilled to invite them out to our brewery to make a collaboration brew with us!
We brewed a style that we never made before and something that both our breweries were excited to create; a Dry-Hopped Export Stout!
We loaded this dark brew with Simcoe and Columbus hops and the result is a roasty beast with a bitter and aromatic hop bite.
