Every Christmas we brew a new IPA and name it after one of Santa's reindeer.
This year Cupid stumbles out of the stable!
Cupid is a West Coast IPA with with the citrusy and bitter notes of grapefruit rind, resinous notes of spruce tips, balanced out by subtle earthy notes, all coming from the dry-hop of Chinook, Simcoe and Idaho Gem.
Cupid has a medium body with a light malty character.
It's a perfect match to your Christmas dinner as well as a great pint of hoppy beer for any time of the year!
