Metamorphosis is an oatmeal stout which we infuse with freshly roasted coffee beans that we source from a different local roastery for every batch. It has a rich aroma of roasted malts, cacao, and coffee, with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and balanced bitterness.
This version of Metamorphosis features delectable coffee beans from Santos, Brazil which were sourced, roasted and ground by our fantastic Fængselsvej neighbour Kaffe & Grums.
The beans were given a dark-medium roast to develop delicious notes of nuts and at the same time retain a slight acidity, which provides a good balance for the overall expression of the coffee.
