We have brewed a second beer in collaboration with the creative minds at Sanchez Restaurant. This time around it is a refreshing Sour Beer with Tepache.
Tepache is a fermented Mexican drink made with Pineapple and warm spices that our friends from Sanchez brew themselves and serve at their locations.
We use the leftover pulp from the Tepache brewing process in Piña De Sanchez, making this beer not only delicious but sustainable.
