We love an easy drinking Saison with a crisp and slightly hoppy taste blending with the spicy and fruity aromas from the rustic yeast.
The word Pusterum means a break or space to take a breath and pause. This beer is for us a break from the hyper focus on IPA to experience a different expression of flavour and aroma.
It is also an inspiration to kick back on a porch in the countryside with a couple of cold ones and enjoy the life and nature around you.
