We decided on this devilishly good looking fella for our collaboration with our long time buds at To Øl.
We worked closely with Tom, head brewer at the Brus location and Red Ale wizard, on what malts and process would best provide the character we were looking for with this beer.
The Fox, a beautifully red coloured brew with a bold malt bill providing notes of toffee and biscuits as well as some delicate fruity notes from the American hops.
